Funerals
When a death occurs, it is never an easy time. You are always welcome to talk to us about the death of a loved one.
When it comes to the practicalities, to arrange a funeral in the first instance you should contact one of the local funeral directors in Wokingham, Berkshire, who will advise you of the process and liaise with the Parish Office to agree a time for the service suitable for all concerned.
We will do our very best to work with you, since we are fully aware that this is the last act performed for a loved one.
Burial
We are able to conduct funerals in St Sebastian’s followed by a burial in an existing plot of the Churchyard, or a new plot in the Wokingham Borough Council Graveyard next to the church building or perhaps at another local Crematoria. Usually, arrangements are made via local Funeral Directors.
Subject to your consent, the Parish places a notice on the Wokingham Facebook Forum, which provides an opportunity for Family and friends to virtually light a candle and leave a message of condolence.
If you have any query with any of the above, please contact Reverend Rickey Simpson-Gray or Kirsty Milam (Office Manager) below:

My monthly letter for November. Enjoy!
