All Souls Service and Cafe
We warmly invite you to join us at St Sebastian’s Church for an All Souls Service and Bereavement Café on Sunday 1st November at 3pm.
This will be a gentle and welcoming space to pause, to remember those we have lost, and spend time with others who may also be experiencing grief.
There is no expectation to talk. You are welcome to share your own experiences, talk openly about grief, or simply listen to the experiences of others over refreshments.
What to expect:
- A short All Souls service, with an opportunity to light a candle for loved ones we miss.
- Time and space to be with others.
- A listening ear, without judgement or pressure.
- Refreshments and an opportunity to chat.
- Information about ongoing support for those who may find it helpful.
Whether your loss is recent or many years ago, you are very welcome. Grief can be a lonely journey, and sometimes it helps to be with people who understand.

Do you love reading and making new friends?
Join us to chat about a book, chosen from a wide range of genres by the group, and share your thoughts on what you’ve been reading.
Meet in person, every other month. Monday evenings in St Sebastian’s Parish Centre, Nine Mile Ride, RG40 3AT.
Our next meeting is 2 November 2026 and the book is: ‘The House at the Riverton’ by Kate Morton. Bonus book ‘Look Who’s Back’ by Timur Vermes.

You are warmly invited to join us for our Harvest Service during our Together@StSebs Communion Service in Church at 10am on Sunday 4th October. As we come together to give thanks for the good things we enjoy, we’ll also have the opportunity to support those in our local community who may be struggling. If you are able to, please bring along donations of non-perishable food items to support Crowthorne Foodbank. Every donation, big or small, will help make a difference.
